Review Window: Please allow up to 30 days from the date of a complete submission for the DSC to issue an official decision.
Do Not Start Early: No work may begin on the property until you have received formal, written approval from the DSC.
Commencing work prior to approval is a violation of community covenants and may result in enforcement action.
County Permits: DSC approval is strictly for architectural compliance within Lanier Northwest. Homeowners remain entirely responsible for securing any necessary Hall County building or land disturbance permits.
