April 2026
- Dues collection remains current for the majority of homeowners, with limited follow-up on outstanding accounts ongoing
- Association financial position remains stable and consistent with budget expectations
- Community maintenance and landscaping coordination ongoing
- CPA financial reports received and reviewed by the Board
January 2026
- Dues collection reported at approximately 50%, with follow-up invoicing in progress
- Late fees waived as a courtesy for payments received on or before March 1, 2026
- CPA financial reports received and reviewed; financial position remained consistent during this period

- Continued communication with homeowners regarding dues, account status, and administrative matters
- Ongoing administration of covenant review procedures under Board oversight
- Coordination with local authorities on HOA-related administrative matters as needed
