Trigger One Procedure: Per Appendix A: Unified Standard Guide, submitting an official request through this portal is the required administrative procedure to initiate an architectural or project review by the DSC.

Pre-Approval Requirement: Approval must be granted prior to commencing any construction, tree clearing, exterior alterations, or lot improvements.

Informal Communications: Informal communications—including phone calls, text messages, or unformatted emails—do not open an official review file or start the 30-day review timeline.

 

Architectural applications are processed digitally to ensure prompt logging, timeline tracking, and permanent record keeping. No account login is required to complete the form.
