Per Appendix A: Unified Standard Guide, a formal written complaint submitted through this portal is the required administrative procedure to initiate an enforcement review by the Board.

 

Administrative Review: Submission of a complaint initiates an objective administrative review by the Board to determine whether an actionable covenant violation exists. Submission does not guarantee specific enforcement outcomes, legal actions, or third-party penalties.

Informal Communications: Informal communications—including verbal comments, personal text messages, or unformatted emails—do not open an official enforcement file.

Confidentiality: While the Board maintains reasonable operational confidentiality, official Association records may be subject to review by authorized parties or disclosure during formal proceedings. Anonymous submissions are not accepted.
